How does MixMate work?
MixMate uses an electric motor with a built-in whisk to create a powerful vortex that mixes your shakes smoothly and effortlessly. Just add your liquid of choice, ingredients, press the button, and enjoy a perfectly blended shake in seconds.
Is MixMate leak-proof?
Absolutely! MixMate is designed with a secure, leak-proof seal to ensure no spills or leaks, making it perfect for tossing in your gym bag or taking on the go.
What is the difference in each MixMate collection?
The difference in each MixMate collection lies in the designs! All of our collections feature the same high-performance electric motor, leak-proof construction, and BPA-free materials, with unique styles and colors to fit your personal taste.
How long does the battery last?
MixMate's rechargeable battery lasts up to 10-15 uses on a single charge, depending on the viscosity of the ingredients. A USB charging cable is included, and a full charge takes around 1 hour.
Is MixMate easy to clean?
Yes! MixMate is designed for easy cleaning. Simply fill the bottle with water, add a drop of dish soap, and run the mixer for a quick self-clean. For a deeper clean, the bottle components are also dishwasher-safe (top rack only).
Can MixMate handle ice or frozen ingredients?
MixMate is equipped with a whisk, not a blade, and is designed for mixing powders and liquids. It is not meant to crush ice or blend frozen fruits. For best results, use MixMate with liquids and powder-based supplements.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your MixMate, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, MixMate comes with a lifetime warranty. If you experience any defects or issues with your bottle, reach out to us, and we'll make it right!
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we offer exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your MixMate, and we'll be happy to assist you with an even exchange.
Can I change the color of what I just ordered?
Once your order is submitted, it moves immediately to processing and then to shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes at this stage. However, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we do offer even exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been placed, it moves quickly to processing and then to our warehouse for shipping. To ensure fast delivery, we cannot make changes to your order at this stage. Please place a new order for any additional items.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure all information is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delays.
The style/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
MixMate aims to keep up with demand and introduce new collections regularly. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for back-in-stock SMS and email alerts on the product page to be notified when it's available again.
Can MixMate handle thick ingredients or supplements?
Absolutely! MixMate is perfect for protein powders, greens powders, pre-workouts, meal replacements, and other supplements. The powerful motor can handle most mixing tasks, but for very thick ingredients, we recommend adding liquid first for best results.
Can you help with a damaged product?
We’re sorry to hear you received a damaged item! Please send a photo of the damaged product to team@mixmatebottles.com along with your order information, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. Please note, any damaged items reported outside of a 5-day window from delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
