Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available until an international shipping zone and rates are activated at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• Economy: $6, or free on orders of $50 or more. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
• Standard: $8. Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days.
• Express: $15. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates apply after order processing. Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Weekends, holidays, high order volume, carrier delays, and severe weather may affect timing.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier selection may vary by order and destination.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, email team@mixmatebottles.com. We will review the situation and work with the carrier when appropriate.

Returns

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Read our return and refund policy for complete requirements.
