Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MixMate Bottles. Below is information about our shipping policy for all domestic orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Orders are shipped via the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Amazon
  • DHL

You can choose from the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Free)
  • Expedited Shipping (Flat Rate)
  • Express Shipping (Flat Rate)

Shipping rates for Expedited and Express options are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders shipped on weekends will be delivered. However on holidays there may be an experience in delay.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: As calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping: As calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, there are no restrictions on shipping any of our products within the United States.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us immediately. Each case is unique, and we do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day free return policy with no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
