Warranty

MixMate Bottles come with a limited lifetime warranty. Our warranty covers replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary but does not offer refunds of any kind. If a product is found to be defective, our responsibility is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at our discretion. Limited release colors or accessories may not always be available, and in such cases, a comparable replacement part or product will be offered.

Our warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and our 100% leak-proof guarantee. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, scratches, physical damage, lost parts or accessories, damaged packaging where the product is not damaged, punctures, or drops are not covered.

In some cases, we may request that damaged products be returned to us in adequate packaging to prevent further damage during shipping. An original copy of the receipt must be included with your return. If we require you to return your item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not covered under this warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Before sending your product back, please contact us via email at team@mixmatebottles.com with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Product being returned
  • Reason for warranty claim
  • Date of purchase
  • Photo or copy of the receipt
  • Photo of the warranty issue
  • Ship-to address for the repaired or replacement product

Once your claim has been processed, we will reach out with a resolution within 7 business days.
