Limited Lifetime Warranty

For the original purchaser, this warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use, including:

• Cracks or failures in the plastic bottle body that are not caused by impact, misuse, freezing, or normal wear.
• Manufacturing defects in the lid, carry loop, threads, seals, and leak-resistant closure.
• Failure of the electric motor or controls during normal use.
• Premature failure of the rechargeable battery or charging system under normal charging and care.
• A defective, detached, or non-functioning internal whisk when used as directed.
• Leaks caused by a verified manufacturing defect in the bottle, lid, or seals.

If a covered defect is confirmed, mixmate may repair the product, replace the affected component, or replace the bottle with the same or a comparable product at our discretion.

• Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, fading, staining, odor retention, or ordinary battery-capacity reduction over time.
• Dents, cracks, punctures, or breakage caused by drops, impacts, crushing, pets, or improper storage.
• Damage caused by misuse, modifications, unauthorized repair, incompatible chargers, or use outside the provided care instructions.
• Damage from submerging electrical components, charging while wet, extreme heat or cold, freezing liquids inside the bottle, or placing non-dishwasher-safe electrical parts in a dishwasher.
• Lost parts, packaging damage when the product is unharmed, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Incidental or consequential losses, including the contents of bags or other property, to the extent permitted by law.

The mixmate bottle is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty for defects in materials and workmanship during the product’s useful life, subject to the terms on this page. Rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity over time; normal capacity reduction is not a defect, but premature battery failure may qualify after evaluation.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

Yes. Eligible mixmate bottles purchased individually or in a bundle receive the same coverage. If your exact color or component is unavailable, we may offer a functionally comparable replacement in another available color.

Fully charge the bottle with a compatible charging cable, make sure the motor base and charging area are dry, confirm the whisk is seated correctly and can move freely, and clean away any powder buildup. Never place fingers or tools near the whisk while the motor can activate.

• Order number, purchase date, and proof of purchase.
• The bottle color and affected component.
• A clear description of the issue and troubleshooting already attempted.
• Clear photos and, for motor or whisk issues, a short video demonstrating the problem.

Do not ship your bottle until we provide instructions. If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. We aim to respond with next steps within 7 business days.

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Any implied warranties are limited to the extent permitted by law. mixmate’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component or product; warranty claims do not provide cash refunds.
