You have 30 days.
Request your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Your mixmate must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the bottle, motor base, lid, seals, internal whisk, and any other parts that arrived with it. We’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is on you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item, or your mixmate arrived damaged or defective, that’s different—we’ll make it right and cover return shipping when a return is required.
Please email us before sending anything back. Returns mailed without approval may not be accepted.

Tell us your name, order number, what you’re returning, and why. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps. Pack everything securely so the plastic bottle and electrical components aren’t damaged on the trip back.
